We came upon seven of these statues on the Harmony Walk in Houston while finding a spot to get a city view shot. They were so interesting and my sister found the plaque explaining them.

They are in a park like walking area surrounded by trees. I found one that I could get a clear closeup without branches of the head and shoulders.
