June 1, 2020 and Montgomery County enters Phase 1 today. Retail can open for curbside pickup only, restaurants and bars outdoor seating opening, Barbershops and hair salons may open by appointment.
Bob got his haircut at noon in Damascus. He was thrilled :-) . Bob said he held his mask on to get a good cut around the ears. He tipped very well and got a eye smile (barber wearing mask the whole time). A little peek of normal in these crazy times we are in.

I was saddened to see on the news that some of the memorials were defaced in Washington D.C. along with looting and fires. A 7pm curfew goes into effect today there. I so miss hopping on the metro and photographing there. Life keeps changing in the blink of an eye.
Mask and sanitizer in my go bag but I really am not going much of anyplace still except the grocery store! Terrific shot of your preparations! So glad you can go!
