High In The Sky
It's a bird, It's a plane, no it's Comet Neowise. Sometimes the stars align and you are thrilled to capture the photo you went for. Although I had a very hard time seeing it with the naked eye the camera had no problem at all. Using an app on my phone and knowing it would be by the Big Dipper with a little trial and error I found it. Photographers and comet admirers arrived and watched from a bridge. Thankfully there were very wide shoulders on the bridge over the lake as cars whizzed by. My first time capturing a comet . So cool ......
FAV FAV FAV! So jealous of you! So proud of you for making the effort! I want to see it too but won’t even go outside to try. One reason is we are surrounded by trees, the second reason is we have been overcast until the last day or two. You have inspired me I may try. This photo is perfection.
