Nice capture. These dog watcher aren't stupid. They've probably had ample reason to be a bit suspicious of dogs who think they know had to handle sheep.
@vernabeth Yes they are right to be wary. Fortunately our dog can’t be bothered with them and there was a fence between us. I’d never take a dog into a field of sheep or cattle even on a lead. While I know the dogs not interested they don’t.
