Bog Cotton
Bog Cotton is a strange plant. It seems to thrive in different parts of the village each year. This year the fields at Cumlewick are well stocked.

I don't think anybody does - more likely to spin small amounts of wool that get left behind on fences etc.

I have been a hand spinner of many different fibres. Cotton is challenging, even when it has been harvested, cleaned and ready to spin. It makes for a pleasing landscape.
