Pelicans always amuse me. They seem comical and awkwardly shaped. They entertain as they fly, and fish, and perch and always bring my mind to slow moving beach days when I see them.
As for this image, I have no idea exactly what I did to create it. LOL. :-) It appeared in my download with the two colored backgrounds. But I kind of like it, so I played with the crop and edited a bit and decided to include it for the day's chosen image.
