It's best not to get distracted while microwaving...after washing and placing my potato in the express bag, I took a phone call. Later I set the microwave timer, only to discover after 4 minutes the potato bag was on the counter. Needless to say, the microwave shut down (no power...no lights) I even started an Amazon order, thinking it was dead. After around 45 minutes I decided to plug it in and (Yay) it came to life. Google told me that the magic number is over 5 minutes - if I'd set it for one additional minute, it would be a sad ending.

It's called old age memory Lin, I'm always doing it. The other day in a supermarket customers were looking at me. I realised I had left my face mask in the car. PANIC.
