I Need To See Some ID

Really, I do...I can't find this bird in the book...anyone know what it is? He's a first time visitor.
Call my sister @janiskay over she may know. I want to say mocking bird but can't see enough to know.

If you put some speckles on his beast, he would be a thrush - sorry, cannot be helpful! He/she's looking at us!

@linnypinny
I"m glad I could be of help. I see you have a bird book, might I suggest that www.whatbird.com is also a great resource for identifying birds. In particular, their "expert" has been very useful to me in my birding adventures.
