Yep, it's the word of the day - diet! I don't believe in fad diets. For me, it should be about eating healthy and walking...I love my Leslie Sansone Walk DVDs..now if I would just put the camera down and get off the computer!
Thats a great pic, the trainers are lovely and clean shame to make them dirty! I walked to work today, no coffee and cake anymore, all very well saying that, much harder doing it.....
Lin, wash your mouth out having said a naught 4 letter word - DIET. Yes your right and up to Christmas 2012 I had lost 6 1/2 stone (about 100 lbs) in 18 months. Unfortunately an illness since has stopped my activities and it quickly coming back on. Never mind it helps my comedy performances. Nice capture by the way.
@ladymagpie Thanks so much, Heather...what a great accomplishment!. I do agree that illness and injury makes losing or maintaining nearly impossible! I really should attend the WW meetings again, but I seem to have a "I'll start next week" kind of attitude lately!
