She has always dreamed of owning a corvette. Last evening her husband said he needed to take his truck to the dealership and asked if she would ride with him. When they arrived, he said - why don't you sit in this corvette? At first she didn't want to, but then thought, well it won't cost anything just to sit in it! She got in, looked down at a little plaque next to the gear shift and read "Made in Kentucky for (my friend's name)". Yes, it was custom made just for her. (A birthday present from her husband) There was much excitement over this at work today!
@cejaanderson No, Jane, but we got to hear the story from her this morning. Then I went out to the parking lot at lunch to see the car and take some photos (and I got to sit in it - very cool)
