Today is not only New Year’s Eve, it’s the end of my first 365! I actually did it - never missed a day, and always shot and posted on the day. I didn’t think I could pull it off.
To mark this occasion, I decided to do something WAY outside of my comfort zone and post a self portrait. I had this great idea for an arty b&w, but they all ended up looking like bad, prententious album covers. So I went outside and tried again, and cracked myself up while the dog wondered if I’d lost my mind. This is the end result.
Thank you to everyone who has visited, faved, commented, voted in a challenge and offered helpful advice. I will not be at all sorry to kick 2021 to the curb, but it did bring me here and that is a real gift.

Great photo! But what is greater is that "you did it..." I just found this project and started yesterday. I hope that I can accomplish exactly what you did and if I do, on December 31 2022 I will think of your post. Thanks for the encouragement.
