I was so taken with the ceiling of the Vatican's Map Gallery I could hardly look at the maps. We toured Rome after a Mediterranean cruise several years ago. What a magical place, oh my. Just catching my 365 calendar up to date.
@stray_shooter There were so many fantastic surprises in Rome, I took over 2,500 photos on that trip, at least 1,000 in Rome. Of course many of them ended up on the "cutting room floor"!
