May I present the Blood Orange, one of our favorite fruits. The depth of the color in these oranges is always a surprise when I cut them open.

Great capture, we have many of these hanging over our fence, ripening here, Our neighbors say eat what hangs over your side of the fence..YUM!

@stray_shooter My friend Annie serves mimosas made with blood orange juice and champagne, that was my first introduction to this delicious fruit. Try it sometime, you will love it!
