This is what 48 degrees and 60 mph winds look like in West Texas

I was in Lubbock for a high school alumni luncheon and yesterday morning we woke up to a blowing cold front that practically swept us off our feet! West Texas weather can be so dramatic!

Fabulous shot of the sky with that cold front blowing in! I was shocked how cold it was Saturday and Sunday mornings...but it warmed up into the 80s during the day so that was pleasant. :-)

We have been away for the weekend. The girls were swimming in the ocean and wearing shorts and tomorrow for the first day back at school it is going to be 12 degrees and snow in the mountains.
