“Ladies and gentlemen, our appetizer this evening is the delicate petal edge of Calibrachoa”!

I’ve always just called these small petunias, I discovered yesterday that they actually have the name of Calibrachoa. Their stems aren’t as sticky as Petunias and they do really well in containers. This bloom had regular holes around the edge like a caterpillar had carefully and precisely enjoyed just the edge of the flower at equidistant points.
Very pretty. Such pretty colours.

Aren't they a lovely soft color - wonder why the caterpillar found that particular one of interest - or else he's just getting started.

It looks like a very pretty little flower. I started pruning my garden today so I can get it ready for Spring.
