The Elm trees of Deep Ellum

The Deep Ellum neighborhood in Dallas is made up of wonderful old buildings that are now restaurants, clubs and theaters. It has a star crossed history because some years it’s all the rage then others it’s a ghost town. Right now Deep Ellum is the darling of the “In crowd”, bustling young people living and playing there. The Elm tree lined sidewalks have always been beautiful to me.
