Mom is declining quickly- she looks so different from last Friday's photo with Amy. We had a meeting with Hospice and started their services today. This sure is a hard road to travel down for her kids but we know that with Mom's life-long trust in her Saviour, she's looking forward to meeting Him face to face.
We all have to reach the end of the road eventually, and it's often the hardest part of the journey of life, especially for family and friends. My Mum's faith was an important part of her final time with us too. It sounds like your Mom is getting the best care, and all your love. xxx
That last sentence must make it some easier for all of you I hope. This is such a difficult time for you. Know that many of us are thinking of you and sending prayers for comfort for you.
A difficult time for you, Lois. I can sympathise with your feelings at this time, having sat with my own mum as she declined in her last days, a few years ago
Oh Lois my heart goes out to you and your family at this very difficult time. I'm sure the care she will receive from the hospice will be second to none.
