Ornament 2004 Venice

Murano glass ornament bought in Venice. This was the year we rented an RV in Germany to take the kids on a camping trip around Europe. We were impressed with the clean, well organized camp grounds!

Since Christmas I've been fighting a cold or maybe the flu. Yesterday I fainted as I was sitting on the edge of the bed so I just gently slid onto the floor. Today I'm just feeling exhausted so my activities have been sleeping, working on a puzzle on the dining room table and right now listening to my husband read a book out loud. Ahh rest!

Bless your heart, Lois — you really have been hit hard by this bug. I'm so sorry! It's just not fair to be spending the holiday feeling miserable. Touring around Germany in an RV sounds like a much better way to enjoy the day.

I know that faint feeling very well Lois! I fainted five times while sitting on the edge of the bed last week, some bug I had! Horrid feeling so take care! I bashed my nose on the bedside cabinet. Worst time to be ill at Christmas. Lovely glass decorations!

Do hope you're feeling better today - was almost glad to hear someone else describe the same thing so maybe it's just a nasty bug. Easy to get run down this time of year. Love the beautiful ornament and I've really enjoyed the stories behind them.
