@graemestevens@tabbycat Thanks Graeme & Tabbycat. I was experimenting with (free) Grunge Textures from the internet... "They" have been doing a lot of work at this complex lately, I'm still not sure if they're tearing it down from the inside, or stripping it down to rebuild inside the historic walls. I'm hoping the latter. Seems like they'd've just knocked it all down otherwise.
@joysabin Thanks Walks @ 7. There's Youtube videos about everything... But I have not looked for any on this. Short version: I took the free grunge texture, sized it the same as my image, copy-pasted as a new layer, then started playing with the blend (in Photoshop Elements). The image was already converted to a toned B&W, and I did shift the grunge to match the tone....
