Finally had some decent weather at lunch today, quite windy, but pretty warm, and NOT a solid grey cloud cover. Wandering a back-road I found this little spot, where Lower Marine Road crosses over Silver Creek, in southeast Madison County, IL. SIlver Creek was going down, after lots of rain recently, but still pretty high.
I don't know who DIck is, or if he's really dead.... Perhaps there is a fascinating and/or tragic story behind it...
