I've been trying to use my DSLR more lately. It really does provide better quality than my compact digital or iPhone. And I tend to be more intentional with the DSLR.... HOWEVER.... Sometimes the iPhone reminds me it does a pretty good job too.
I was on a photo excursion, and my grown daughter started a texting conversation. I wanted to show here where I was, so I grabbed a couple of quick iPhone shots. I ended up liking this one better than any of the shots from my "real" camera! I really like the iPhone for anything wide angle....
That is an interesting observation. I don't own an iPhone but it really does look like it takes excellent pictures, and I guess much more easily than the DSLR.
