The Mississippi River was running high in Grafton, IL (a little north of St. Louis). According to the internet, the river stage was right on the edge between minor and moderate flooding. Still 14 feet below the flood of 1993...
As many times as we have passed through this area, the water has been up into the road at Grafton probably half those times. Great shot of the flooding. Hate to see it. Such a cool little town.
