Elmo Theater

Interesting old theater in St. Elmo, IL. It does not appear to have anything going on, which pretty much describes the main street of St. Elmo (on this day at least).

The square at the top of the building says "Jesse Lay - 1941"

I hope that this theater does not fall into dis-repair. I very much like the retro feel of the sign,

that is a lovely old theater - we've got small cinemas and theatres starting up everywhere currently, having lost so many a few years ago
