Not sure the exact date of this one; somewhere between 2002 and 2007... Likewise, not sure exactly what I used to get the effect... Pretty sure this was done with a version of MGI Photosuite that came bundled with a computer. Either that or my early workings with Photoshop Elements.
Regardless, this was taken at Silver Lake Park in Highland, Illinois. A favorite lunchtime hangout when I worked in Highland. Looking down a hill at early fall colors, with the lake beyond.
