Not the best photo but we do not usually see either of these two hawks in the backyard. We have a couple of resident Red-Tails and Red-Shoulder Hawks who would not be happy to see him sitting on their fence.
The robins are gathering to eat the berries off the holly trees so that probably caught his attention.
