This was such fun to shoot, - my kitchen floor, cupboards and even my shirt were soaked very quickly! The poor apple bounced off the edge of the vase a few times, and even missed it completely twice. :)

Very cool! I'm going to have to try something like this in the future. Most of my photos are of stationary things. Motion and I haven't made nice yet. How did you get the white background?
@susan365 the background is just an old white melamine shelf leaning against the window about 40 cm behind the vase. The lighting was from the 3 kitchen down lights (one aimed at the background & 2 aimed at the vase) with the flash (with diffuser) bounced off the ceiling. I actually have about 10 OK shots - all with completly different & interesting water shapes.
Lovely Lyn. I did a similar thing, only with salad tomatoes (less splash!) and I must agree with you - it was great fun.
