I am not a great fan of Turkish style coffee, so there was much celebration when we found an espresso machine, a great barista....and a plate of Turkish Delight !
@frida thanks Frida, I have never eaten such fresh pistachios - the colour & flavour was amazing, and they are used everywhere - the nuts & the sweets we get here at home seem a pale imitation in comparison.
