@ruthmouch In Paintshopro I duplicated the image & deleted the background from the top image. Place the frame (this one was from http://punk-rose.com/freebies/png-packs/) onto a new top layer, and mask out the section of the frame hiding the leg. Add a drop shadow to the frame. It takes a bit of time selecting an image with a pose that will work 'out of frame'. Any layer program should be OK to use.
