Granules might have worked better, as the coffee powder melted a little in the glue, and next time I will take the phone off the hook before I have coffee powder mixed with glue all over my hands, under my nails, over my sink, ....oh...and ....there are even a few coffee beans glued to my kitchen floor!!
So fabulous, Lyn!! If you don't mind me making a suggestion, the only thing that kinda bugs me (not bugs, but you know) is the spoon feels in the wrong spot for me... but that's not a biggy... was just putting it to you :) The WHOLE shot is awesome and I just love the execution. Fav.
@ozziehoffy ha ha !! great minds think alike.... - that spoon gave me such grief ! I tried it without, on the other side, across the front and turned over, even tried a different spoon, but settled on where it is as best of the bad options - I might have another go one day...
Oh dear- coffee beans glued to the floor sounds a bit dangerous to me! The things we do for 365! But it turned out a very interesting shot. The cup looks like it's made out of stone!
Fantastic shot. Love it. I have to wonder though if the granules might be too large and not sit close enough together...but then if you painted the cup with the glue then rolled the cup in the granules...I have to confess I'm glad I'm not the only one to do stuff like what you did to create this shot :) Well done. It was worth the mess :)
lol I do the same with things... then one day... CLICK and all of a sudden it comes to you and it's perfect lol.
