This is a 'sandwhich-edit ' - two layers of texture over the image, topped by a second layer of the image with a 'hide all mask'. The time consuming part was carefully 'painting-back' the various parts of the flower using a range of brush shapes, sizes and opacities ( I have never used 2% opacity with a brush before!!). The image itself had no fancy editing, and the textures are both at 100% (screen & hard light blend modes).
