This parrot at the duck pond was determined to stay wedged between those jolly reed leaves, despite my waiting for a very long time for a clear shot. Can you guess his two common names?
@onewing@maggiemae correct ladies! when I downloaded them, I thought how apt the images were - all my shots included grass over the body, or red rump not visible, or the female in a strange pose! I am still finding the new lens focus a bit hit & miss, but this is better than previously captured, so I will be happy with it!
