Carnage on the cow parsley

I hadn’t realised until I downloaded this that this little aphid was being eaten alive. He looks like something out of monsters inc.

Oh wow, your close up shots are so amazing! This is wonderful, can you send some my way please? My garden is overrun with aphids this year and I don't like to spray them. Big fav!

@pattyblue thank you so much Pat. I have never seen so many ladybirds as this year. I think they hibernate in old leaves and dead plant stems and as i am a lazy gardener they have survived the cold.
