My dog walk took me slightly off piste today which resulted in a chance encounter with this handsome fellow. He stood staring at me for several seconds before turning in his heels and leaping off into the distance. At first he too a step towards me and I wondered for a moment if he might charge. Wonderful to see these wild animals in their natural environment.
