Soon to be a bottlebrush...........

The little branch on the right was the pic I posted yesterday! A day too early, as the next one should have been posted as it is in an earlier stage of developement.
I must find some Tasmanian bottle brush plants to compare 😜

These are Callistemon (probably Viminalis) Diana and they are endemic to Australia. They are now grown in gardens around the world.

@terryliv That is very intetesting , I think many of the trees and shrubs in SA originated in Australia. We obviosly have the same climatic conditions.
