also losing his wonderful colours. I like the way he still has his tongue sticking out. They are such tiny birds, the nozzle is thicker than my thumb.

Beautiful! Is he in the humming bird family? He looks too big to be a hummer but there are similarities. Hummers are only in the Americas I guess. He's a beauty!

@elatedpixie I don't think they are the same family. Our Sugar birds are though these birds are very small, between 10-20 cm. (The smallest are under 4 inches till just over 7 max.
