@robz He is in a sanctuary called Eagle Encounters Rob. A wonderful place that I visit regularly. They take care of all kinds of wild birds that have either been found injured, meaning that they might not have an eye, leg, toes etc and cannot be released back into the wild. They also take on birds that had been hand raised and are not fit to be back in the wild. They have flying shows and offer a number of services to get enough funds to keep them running.
