Do your wineries grow many grape varietals or is there a specific one? Obviously the soil and climate are perfect for grapes! It seems everywhere you turn you have beautiful vineyards.
@louannwarren As we have so many regions in the Western Cape where wine grows, we also have almost every variety available. Where I live in Stellenbosch there are 144 wine estates! Some are in very dry areas, others have a constant seabreeze. That is a small number compared to the whole WC.
