Warming his belly again........

this seems to be a favourite position for a Mouse bird to keep warm. There are many here on the estste, unfortunately difficult to capture as they sit in thick bushes.

Interesting. Your Mouse bird looks very similar to our Cardinal as far as size, comb and beak shape.
