So I was getting ready to comment on your other shot and got distracted. By the time I got back to it I tried to come in on it and it wouldn’t let me do it Even though it was still on the screen. I went ahead and started commenting on others and noticed that one had been deleted! You definitely confused this old girl by doing that!
We've all done that or a variation of it. I love the colors of this. It reminds me of an Early American decorative painting form- I think it's called toule (tool)- but I'm not sure. The subjects are usually fruit or flowers which are painted in gold and silver tones, sometimes other colors, on a black lacquer background. Nicely captured and processed- and a fav!
This is really a superb image and a definite FAV.
