Took the granddaughters to the Fort Worth Stock Yards this afternoon and we watched the cattle drive come through. With it being spring break, it was very crowded but such a beautiful day for the outdoors.
The colors of the cows (they are cows, right?) are so pretty. Almost seems like you cropped them out of a western and put them in a parade. I like this!
Do you stand on the tracks? The time I went, a couple of security officers made sure that no one was in the street and they stood right in the light of sight so you couldn't get a good shot like this one! Great shot Lynne!

Very much appreciated. @jwlynn64 They won't let you on the street at all and, yes, everyone gets in your way...just duck down and lean out as far as you can and keep shooting. I probably shoot 30 shots and usually get at least one or two decent ones. I did have to crop a guys elbow out of the right of the shot.
