So lovely. The pampas grass (if that's actually what it is) makes such a dreamy silhouette. I like how the tree limb creates a frame at the top of the image. It's hard to believe it's December already...
Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, on the PP AND the TTP!!! Woot, Woot!!! Plus your AWESOME Snowman is on the TT also!!! So very well deserved!!!!!!
Congratulations!!
@cashew Thanks so much for the wonderful comments and support, Kathy!
My pictures are rarely on the popular page, which is fine. I like it that the talented people who have less followers are usually there. That's good because maybe it helps them get the recognition they deserve.
I do appreciate your kind comments!
@miata2u I don't mind your questions at all. I just load my pictures on my laptop using Windows Live Photo Gallery and edit the color and exposure there. I don't have Photoshop, but I do use PicMonkey because it was cheap! I just used PicMonkey to add my name on this one, but I do use it a lot.
Just recently I got BeFunky and Photomatix Essentials. They are fun to play with, but I don't use them much.
For me, it's all about the light in pictures. If you take them in the right light, you don't have to do much to them. There's another reason I don't like dark winter days in Iowa!
wonderful colours and light
