No, really. . .just another name for Surprise Lily, magic lily, resurrection lily. . .these plants leaf out in late February with the daffodils and iris. In June, the greenery dies back - it's quite ugly. And then in late July or early August up pop the flowers on long tall stalks. They've just started to appear in my yard, so I thought you'd like to see them just beginning to bloom!
Excellent colors and focus. Nice! I remember when I heard the name of the band "Barenaked Ladies" for the first time and I was appalled (loved em once I heard them). Funny name!
