Went for a wander down the field with Mumma Lysiak today. We were talking about my plans for the next year.. hopefully going to Greece with the school or with my friends, going to Cornwall at Easter, possibly getting a summer job in St Ives then heading off for a whole new chapter of my life at university! Its so exciting that the next few years has so much lined up!
I happened to be wearing one of my tops with the quote 'We'll never be as young as we are now' which I think just sums up the whole conversation that we had. Grasping opportunities and making the most of chances that we may be given will definitely give me some amazing teenage years to look back on.

cool. I look back on my teen years and think they were good sure, but I could have lived a bit more. Your mum is right, grasp everything. Only now in my thirties am I realising the fun in saying yes to everything, even stuff you don't truly fancy. Einstein said something like experience is the only kind of knowledge. (obviously don't apply this quote to drugs, crime illegal or dangerous stuff etc etc.)
