I posted a shot of a section of this structure before, but figured I'd get another from a different angle. This is Blackrock Baths, formerly one of the best known and loved landmarks on Dublin's coast. I've given it a retro nostalgic filter as I thought it would fit the theme...
I'm always fascinated by how nondescript it looks now - hard to believe this was once a 50 metre swimming pool with high diving boards and tiered seating for 1,000 spectators... compared to images taken back in its heyday, you'd never guess it was the same place.

Wow looks like it needs some regeneration money! It's a shame when we let things degenerate to such a point. Nice shot and info it certainly looked a very popular place in its hey day.
That's so sad to see something like this go into disrepair over time. I saw a post on FB the other day of Olympic stadiums going the same way. As much ad they make for great photographs it is still such a shame 😕
