I'm a year round resident of Mackinac Island, a small island in Northern Michigan. It makes for an interesting lifestyle, as cars are not allowed on the Island - we travel by foot, bicycle or horse.

I'm an artist, a living historian and a medical technologist (have to pay the bills somehow!).

Mackinac has lots of big, flashy things that draw the eye, but I will be focusing on the small details that the average visitor misses - I'll save the obvious things for days I'm lacking inspiration.
