I think this is a phoebe, but I could be wrong. This guy and his partner put a nest right outside my porch. I'll enjoy watching what happens.

Cute little bird. new one for me. hope you have better luck. our birdhouse had a new brute just new and one morning the nest was hanging outside. darn blackbird couldn't stay away. wonder if the sparrows will try again.

brute is not the right name for it. what I meant to say was that there were already babies in there. we saw their little faces come looking out of the entrance hole. all gone.
