Misty night at the Oamaru Railway Station. Some freight trains come through but not many. The old Railway Station has been somewhat renovated on the outside but the inside is now used for various art groups. One of these is my Ukelele Group who practice here one night a week. It is quite unique when we are playing "Choo Choo Cha Boogie" and the sound of the train wheels echo outside!
You play the Ukulele, how fantastic maggiemae !!! I can well imagine the Chattanooga choo choo would have a rather special place !!! I would find that a great night listening to the sound coming out of that building !!
@happypat Thanks for your praise, Pat! We play the Chatanooga as well as the Choo Choo! Both rail songs. The Choo Choo has a chorus of Whoo Whoo which is great fun!
This is quite Eerie....like a scene from a film....love the lighting!....I would love to see a shot of you all at your Ukelele group though!....just tell them its for your 365 UK fan base!! : )
