@carolinedreams@hollandcrew It is actually the first shot that I have done using the flash! It was so dark and I wanted to bring out the lovely white colour of the flowers!
@yonnie@paintdipper@pixiefsu50 - the only processing I wanted to do was put the white vignette around it as the flash took care of everything else! Thanks for commenting!
@deburahiru@catwoman2 didn't process this except for the white vignette. I put the vase high up on a glass stand, against thw window! The sky was white so the background came out white!
wow beautiful photo Maggiemae Instant Fav , love the title straight away It reminds me of The film Sound of Music Raindrops and roses with bright woolen mittens It was one of the songs In the film.
What a great composition, here - we call the hellebores Lenten Roses because they bloom right at the time of Lent here, always the first blooming flowers and sometimes peeking through the snow!
@maggiemae ok ;) , the result is just great, I like it like that, I don't know why but those shots satured with light are very attractive to me ! Continue to use your flash ;)
Fav for me, too, Maggie. This is such a wonderful set-up, I thought at firs it was done in the processing until I read some of the comments. It's simply elegant and beautiful.
thanks Sandie for the fav! That darker top bit is the surfeit outside the window which I couldn't hide so I left it as you can see the raindrops on it!
