Another renovated house in Oamaru, NZ. This one is now a cafe is one of our favourites! Easy to park, coffee is rich and flavoursome, food is delicious. He often has huge fresh date scones or different muffins!
Three good things;
1. Finally, after several days trying to replace a faulty camera connection to the computer, we gave up and bought a card reader and I shall now use my camera card to download.
2. Completely remade the bed - the sheet and duvet somehow slips to John's side and I''m left with about 6 inches!
3. Old movies - watched a 1938 WW1 one!
Looks lovely , I like your presentation and composition. Wish we'd been able to stop in to meet you when we travelled through Oamaru, but it was raining heavily that day and we had to get from Christchurch to Dunedin.
@busylady nice to hear your thoughts, Judith! It takes a heap of organising to do anything in a different country! Hope it might happen in yours, one day!
Nice shot, Maggiemae! Looks like a very nice cafe. I like the processing you did to give it a soft look. What was the movie? I love old war movies, or movies about WW I and WW II. One of my favorites is Paschendale.
