Dark skies lent shadows on to the sea alongside our road that we were travelling on. Over in the distance some rocky islands called the Hen and Chickens were just visible.
Three good things:
1. Some better access to the internet.
2. Humour coming from my husband.
3. Old songs also coming from my husband.
Well I think your last two GT sound wonderful....I have never heard my husband sing on his own ever! Not much of a joker either so double whammy...he is OK though!!
Your night sea is incredible....love that silvery line along the horizon. The He & Chicken...wonder where you are off to! Must check!
I see off the North Auckland Peninsular......I can see the shale of these islands & the reason they are called that...... Going further from home.....you are little gad about these days!
awesome shot, maggiemae! you captured the shimmer of light on the water quite perfectly. very engaging composition, i should say. old songs i reckon are far easier to listen to than the songs now which mostly consist of three two syllable words and five notes. the old songs are more poetic and very nice of john to be 'senerading' you. :-)
